Upright Piano Moving

Our staff have the expertise, equipment and experience to move your upright piano safely and securely. We have been trusted with piano logistics at the Brighton Dome Theatre along with many other prestigious locations.

As well as one off relocations for upright pianos, Chess Moves are also able to include the moving of your piano as part of your home move.

Hourly Rates

We understand that not all home movers will need us to come in, pack up all the items, dismantle furniture etc. So for smaller, local moves we have launched an “hourly rate” service which means you will enjoy the benefit of being charged by the hour, yet utilising full time, professional removal men. Please note the hourly rate works best for smaller home moves such as studio or 1 bedroom properties which will not need to wait for keys to the new property. For the larger sized moves, a set price in writing is always the best option. Please contact us for help on deciding which option is best for you.

Council Moves

Chess Moves are a preferred contractor, often utilised by Brighton & Hove City Council to assist with home moves. The council will normally require 2-3 written quotations before designating a removal company so please contact us to arrange a quote.

Short Notice Moves

Whilst most removal companies aim for 2 weeks’ notice, this is not always possible. For example, we could have provided you with a written quotation, then after waiting some time, your solicitor may only give you a weeks’ notice to move! We are here to help, so if the need for a short notice removal service arises, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

Part Loads

Chess Moves offer a part load service using our network of nationwide removal companies. If you are not tied to a date for delivery, then “part loads” work out cheaper as they (the items you want to move) can be collected, stored and delivered on a day when that removal company have a vehicle in the area.

I was at a bit of a lose end when it came to having to move. I left my decision to get some help very late but when I contacted Chess Moves they were very understanding and helpful, holding a date for me, whilst I tried to sort some personal stuff out. They provided me with all the packing boxes etc prior to the move date and when it came to the move, I was very impressed by the shift they put in on the day and the manner in which they did it. The guys that came round were very friendly and obviously had plenty of experience, sympathetic to my concerns regarding the moving of all my vinyl and valuables, of which they took great care. There's no way I'd wish to move myself again after seeing how efficient they were - 8 hours from start to finish, and for one person, I had a lot of (heavy) stuff! Chess Moves moved the contents of our four-bedroom house from Brighton to Ditchling and were professional and helpful from start to finish. Katie in the office was really helpful and responsive with the arrangements and supplying packing materials. On our move day Danny and his team worked incredibly hard all day and remained cheerful - working till after 7pm to get the job done. I appreciated the extras doing the plumbing for the washing machine and putting up our bed. They looked after our stuff and seemed very good value. Just make sure you've got plenty of biscuits accessible to keep them going.

Very professional and efficient. Danny came before the move to see what was being moved and work out access etc. On the day, he arrived with his team and they did everything, including packing and reassembling all furniture at the other end. No fuss, no breakages - and in no time, we were moved from one house to the next. We had some last minute changes to our requirements and these were handled quickly and simply by Katie in the company office. A great service and a good price. I'm always a bit suspicious of reviews at the very high and very low end. However, it would be unjust to give less than 5* for the service I received. We needed removal, storage while our home was redecorated (new floor etc) - then moved back afterwards. The lady in the office was efficient and so helpful. The head remover Danny came out to survey our needs etc. They should patent him and his "Can Do" approach to everything. I got the total service - packing stuff up as well. They went the extra mile. I didn't have to remind/beg/hassle them for anything. They seemed to anticipate it all - must be down to experience. As a previous reviewer said "nothing was too much trouble". Methodical, calm. That's what you need during a move. I've been singing their praises to everyone.

Couldn't have asked for more. The guys did a brilliant job. We had the full packing service and were so impressed with how they looked after and packed our things, and how neat and tidy they were. I used Chess Moves for a recent house move. This was our third move from rental property to rental property in as many years and being busy professionals, we didn't have the time to get organised to move just after Christmas, so we opted for the packing and removal service and it was a god send! The guys came in and packed the majority of the house the day before the move and then on the day of the move, whilst the van was being packed, other rooms were continued to be packed into boxes - well worth the money!It saved me a great deal of stress and back pain by having this in place, so I would 100% recommend.

I have moved many times over the years and I can say that my whole experience with Chess removals from the visit and quote at the start to the actual move itself has all been excellent. Excellent communication throughout. The quote was very competitive. The move itself went so smoothly the removal men were so friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Chess Moves moved us recently, from the moment Danny came to give us an estimate I felt as if a weight had been lifted off me, everything I thought was a problem was 'No problem at all'. That carried through to moving day where Danny and his team kept our spirits up with their banter even when our keys didn't arrive until very late afternoon. Everything was moved safely even to the shed at the top of a steep garden. Danny even mended our pipe when we nearly flooded our kitchen when we turned the tap on. Can't praise them highly enough. We were very impressed with chess moves removals for packing and removals services from Brighton to Hertfordshire (2 bed flat). We found it very easy to communicate by email and phone, and had prompt responses to any queries regarding move day. We found the quote more professional and coherent than competitors we had met with. We were surprised by how calm move day was and the men did an excellent job of packing things securely; special thanks for taking the legs off our large dining table and reassembling it. Last week Chess Moves moved my family's everything from Shoreham by Sea, 550m north to Renfrewshire, west of Glasgow. Having moved many times I think I'm experienced enough to say they were exemplary.Ryan, Regan & Anthony were a pleasure to meet, impressively able and incredibly hard working. My massive thanks to you three for making a very relaxed occasion out of a stressful one & I hope you all got back from Scotland at a reasonable time.The process of moving home shouldn't be easy or enjoyable but was pretty close. The guys took perfect care of all our stuff and were efficient, on time, friendly and obviously very capable. If you're moving, you'd be unwise to not do so with Chess.For what it's worth Chess Moves were also the most competitively priced too - of five Sussex movers I spoke to directly and three via an aggregation website.

I’ve used Chess Moves before so I knew they would be the best removals firm to take charge of my Mother’s very delicate situation. She’s severely disabled and therefore it would be a full military operation to move her. We needed a removals firm who would be both respectful and sensitive of the situation. Luke (owner) was very understanding about us confirming the official date for moving. We’d had issues with the sale so we couldn’t commit until the week of the move. Luke was amazingly patient. On the day, as soon as Ryan and Paul turned up, I knew I’d made the right choice. They were true professionals and went over and above the call of duty. Both my Mother and I felt completely secure with them on board. They were very patient during the interruptions (the hoisting of my Mother into a chair and the removals of the special bed and recliner by the RNS). The move wasn’t far (5 mins away), but we needed the hoist to stay till my Mother was taken into the Ambulance. Ryan offered to drop it off as he could see how difficult it could make thing otherwise. Ryan is a hard worker and very warm and friendly as was Paul. I agree with the previous comment about being competitively priced. I think Chess Moves are the best kept secret. If you want a decent firm at a decent price, then go to Chess Moves.

We were so happy with the service and job that Chess Moves provided. We had probably left the last 5% of packing to the morning of the move, for the last minute items. When the team arrived, they were very understanding and helped us pack the last bits as they moved all of the rest of the house. I used Chess Moves for moving from a 1st floor flat and they were very fast and extremely careful with my possessions. They took the time to dismantle and reassemble certain items and provided wardrobe boxes and emptied my hanging clothes directly into these and out into the wardrobes at the other end. The guys turned up early and ready to go! From that moment on they were totally professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. After one swift walk around they carefully and quickly removed everything in a timely manor. My children were home with me at the time and they were always manoeuvring around them and me without any fuss. They were on time to the new property and repeated the same excellent service unloading and building our furniture asking us where we'd like everything to go first. I can't recommend this company enough from the professional one-to-one consultation and walk round with management, to the moving team themselves and the follow-up afterwards. I recently moved from a 14-room, 4-storey house, which has been in the family for 30 years. Outstanding service from start to finish. Luke came out to give a quote at a time that suited me after work hours. He was quick and professional and also very friendly. Nothing was too big or too small or any problem at all. 3 quotes were given, removal only, removal and boxes, removal and packing service which included boxes. No pressure for any quote just fair and honest. I chose removal and boxes but didn’t use all the boxes in the end so these were actually refunded with no issues or argument. On the day the guys were brilliant. On time, no messing about and straight to work. They were also very friendly, polite and professional, again no problem too big or too small. They took beds apart and moved drawers without having to empty them, making the whole packing process a lot easier.I would highly recommend Chess Moves to use and will use them again when the time comes.

I had several quotes by different companies and I decided to go with my gut instinct and the one who didn’t charge extra for key waiting times. Thank goodness I did.Luke came to do a survey of my needs and was quickly able to allay any concerns and questions I had about the move. I have never had my goods packed for me in any move I have had but I decided to give it a go as my health would hinder me too much. I am so glad I did. The removal team arrived on time and began working the moment after I walked them around the house. Everything went seamlessly so so quickly. Just blink and it was packed and in the van. Chuck who led the packing and loading team sussed me out quite quickly and was able to joke and have a laugh whilst working like a TrojanAbsolutely nothing got damaged which is a first for me. I can highly recommend this removals company, I’d read good reviews online before ringing up for a quote & Luke was very kind & professional & the quote was very reasonable so we didn’t need to get a quote from any other company. It’s also great because you don’t have to leave a deposit when preliminarily booking a moving date especially as ours changed many times! The 3 guys that moved us on the day were very friendly, professional & quick & made a very stressful day a lot easier especially as the people we were buying off of hadn’t finished moving their stuff out on exchange of keys,so the guys very kindly offered to help them to speed things along which they really didn’t have to do. Chess Moves have been faultless in managing our move. Following a professional and courteous appraisal they proved very competitive on price. They were able to accommodate a straight move to our new property or a move in to storage should that be required. Ultimately we needed the latter and were only able to give a few days notice, which didn't present any issues. The storage dragged on for over seven weeks which proved no problem for Chess Moves. They also kindly held our proposed move date in their diary for several weeks, without solid confirmation, for which I cannot thank them enough. The whole final move from storage to the other side of the country was achieved with only a weeks notice from exchange. The chaps who provided the full packing service, move out and move in were amazing. How they kept such good humour while grafting so hard is a mystery to me but it made the whole process decidedly less stressful. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how heavy the item or how many floors we were asking them to lug it up. They are a credit to the company. The attention to detail in the safe packaging of our belongings was far beyond what I would have expected. Communication with the company at every stage was outstanding. If you are looking for a removals company, I advise you get a quote from Chess Moves. You'll be glad you did!

I have used Chess Moves 3 times, and each time they have been fantastic - from the initial visit to quote for the removal (their knowledge about storage space and how to store certain items is great), the countdown to move and the moving day itself, they are punctual, professional, careful with your stuff and in and out quickly. With my latestmove I didn't even bother to get quotes from anyone else. Will definitely be using them again when I move into my new build in a few months time.

Chess Moves Removals were amazing! The whole customer journey was incredibly pleasant and easy. From booking in a surveyor to come round to the actual move day. Luke who came round to survey our stuff was very professional, he called me before arrival to let me know his ETA, very friendly chap! On actual move day, the team led by Chuck were amazing, they were incredibly hard-working, they moved us from a flat (with stairs to run up and down) into a house (with also a lot of stairs to run up and down) and they did the job quickly, efficiently and with great sense of humour. One thing to note that hopefully will help your decision to choose Chess, they do not charge for waiting time (which some removals company's do), we didn't get our keys for our new place until about 3:30pm and the guys were incredibly patient at waiting for us as we ran around Brighton getting the keys. The other thing to note is that they came in very competitive compared to other removals companies. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they really took most the stress out of move day. Moving to a different city with a 9-month old teething baby was an extremely daunting prospect for us and I'm so glad we picked Chess Moves as our removal company. We had quotes from others, but Luke was the only one who was through, reassuring, and completely up-front about all the costs involved. His office handled the admin side of things including sorting out parking suspensions, and this was matched by the fantastic moving team. Ryan, Chuck and Ant were friendly, cheerful and handled the whole process (from packing to moving to unloading) so efficiently that, for the first time in my life, moving went quicker than I expected. Chess Moves handled EVERYTHING so well, I cannot recommend them highly enough—using this company was the best decision we made.

We opted for the full packing service as we have an 8month baby and a 2 year old. From booking the quote to moving into the new house the process was friendly, efficient and professional. The team are all amazing and the guys worked round us when packing up the house and being thoughtful leaving toys etc to the last minute. My toddler hasn’t stopped asking about “the strong removal men”.Thank you for making a potentially stressful process so calm and easy. I would recommend Chess Moves to anyone. I can’t fault them.

The whole experience was excellent. I didn't feel like I was given the 'hard sell', but instead that I was talking to people who knew their business and would do their best to understand and meet my needs. Luke was great doing the quote. The lady in the office was very pleasant and efficient. Paul and Ryan did a first class job on the days of the packing and move. The price was very fair, not the highest, and I suspect they probably are the best removals company in Brighton. Thank you for taking the stress out of a massive job and doing a first class job for me.

These guys are LEGENDS. We would trust no one else to move our home. We have used them twice now and they have always gone above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, completely trustworthy and careful. Nothing was broken and everything was put in the right place. Moving is stressful but it isn't with these guys.

We used Chess Moves back in February - cannot fault them in any way. Absolutely superb quality and professional service. From my initial meeting with Luke through to stepping foot into our lovely new home we could not fault them in any way. We were recommended by a friend to use Chess Moves and couldn’t have been more pleased! From the initial estimation from Luke which was completely explained and planned thoroughly to the actual move things went very smoothly. We packed ourselves but did buy the packing materials which were dropped off to us in plenty of time.Our two removal guys were punctual and hard working with a nice bit of banter that made the move the best ever. Very fast, tidy everything was packed perfectly ( no damages) at all we were packed and moved by 1pm after starting at 9. I could not recommend Chess removals enough, I am not the type of person who leaves reviews however these guys deserve a review as the were so friendly (not over) helpful and made the whole day easy as moving could be. I only wish I had a better memory for names as I would of liked to have mentioned the guys by name. From making the original booking to completion the whole team are professional and helpful.

Chess deserve their 1st class rating. I was delighted and a little amazed with the service they provided. Chuck, Ryan and Matt worked speedily and efficiently; nothing was too much trouble. We used the full packing service (great price for the service given) and found it so stress free and easy. I have used Chess Moves twice now and both times have received impeccable service. From the friendly office staff to the guys who did the move, the service could not have been better. Chess Moves were the cheapest quote I found, but they were amazing - such good value for money. With my most recent move, we were in our new house well within 3 hours of them arriving at the old house to pack up. They looked after our stuff really well and sorted out our washing machine which was a life saver. Would definitely definitely recommend!

The guys from Chess Moves completed our move from Worthing to Shropshire on Friday and did a fantastic job. Professional, courteous, good humoured throughout. They took great care in packing, dismantling and reassembling our furniture and belongings. Our move also involved moving heavy garden pots and plants which was not easy. Not a single item has been damaged. the move was completed with great efficiency and the guys really cannot be thanked enough. I would recommend this firm without reservation. You do not need to look elsewhere.

Chess Moves have been superb from beginning to end. From the first phone call, to the socially distanced and respectful survey and quote with Luke, to the quote which was unbeaten by either local or national firms, to the follow up service and flexibility when we had some concerns around moving dates, to the responsiveness by both phone and email, we were beyond satisfied and well looked after throughout. This was all before the actual moving day when Ryan and Chuck outdid themselves. They arrived bang on time and in good spirits and from the get-go, took the stress out of the situation for us. They took charge and did what they knew best whilst being utterly respectful of our belongings. They were friendly, knowledgable and professional and were even great with our dog, being aware of her when she was getting interested in what was going on outside the front door and letting us know. They even played with her and, when she took a liking to one of their blankets, gave it to her as a moving gift!They did a double-drop off for us at a storage facility and then at another property and did it all with a smile on their face and keeping us in the lop the while way.Absolute stars and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Chess Moves loaded two vans on day one. The guys were speedy, efficient and the whole operation stress-free. I was particularly impressed by the padded quilts provided to protect my furniture and the first-class wrapping of many pictures which the guys took off the walls for me. Great care was taken to load the vans appropriately for a drop-off en route to destination in Monmouth, South Wales. Day two involved driving both directions and two deliveries. Tommy communicated well and Chuck, Ryan and Ant were professional throughout. Thank you guys for a great move.

These guys are simply incredible!Ryan, Chuck, Tommy and Jamie worked with us over three days on a relocation of our family home from Brighton to Cornwall.We have two young children who were curious as to what the lads were up to and they were so accommodating. Ryan and the team could not do more for us, offering advice on personal pieces we wanted to pack. They took down all our furniture and rebuilt it at the other end, they even hung out clothes back on the rails.I highly recommend the full packing service, they will even take the boxes away. The guys were a pleasure to have around and were happy to reorganise some furniture when we realised it would be better placed in another room. We didn’t lift a finger allowing us to concentrate on the kids and the cat. Everything is labelled, in the right rooms and we have not struggled to find anything, two days later we are almost fully unpacked which I still can’t quite believe!If you are moving house, do not hesitate to work with Chess, they are unbelievable and really lovely to work with. I have just had the absolute pleasure of using Chess Move Removals, twice due to not completing on the day I should have.Matt W and James looked after me last week,nothing was to much trouble and they were really reassuring when things didn’t go as planned and I was stuck with nothing.They stored my stuff for a week and kept my fresh food out and gave it to me, I was in a state with everything changing unexpectedly and they remembered and saved me losing money.Today Chuck and Ryan were awesome and rebuilt everything, put everything anywhere I asked. Kept checking on me, as I had a stressful week and were just as kind and hardworking as the team last week.Both teams were so polite, diligent and did everything with a smile and a joke. It meant so much to me, as I had been so stressed out.Moving can be stressful but if you use Chess Moves Removals, the heavy part of the job will be done and to an exceptional standard.All done at a fantastic price and I was able to add on furniture I had bought, which made everything so much easier.Invoices were clear and concise and Tommy kept me in loop at all times and the timing was impeccable.I will never use anyone else in the future, I’ll be a customer for life and I will be encouraging anyone I know for any move, to use this amazing company.

Not having moved for 17 years, I'd forgotten how stressful it could be. The survey was quick and the estimates turned out to be spot on! The guys turned up (at the time I was told) and told me what they were going to do and got on with it.I thought my sofa wouldn't fit in the new house and unfortunately was going to have to put it into storage. However, the guys went above and beyond, they took to sofa back off, then at the new house took the front door off which just gave enough space to get everything in - dead pleased.thanks to all the team.

I had been told that moving is one of the most stressful times and boy did I come to realise it. However I found the gentlemen who work for chess moves so calming and reassuring especially when everything was becoming too much. Thomas in the office was really good answering my questions and on the day of things going into storage the men worked non stop as they also did almost 2 months later when I finally moved. We had a bit if a hiccup with our moving quote as it was via video due to COVID - we ended up with too few vans and too few movers. Despite this, Ryan, Ant, and Toby showed up on the day and did a stellar job helping us move house. They were professional, careful, and gave 150% to get us out of our house as quickly as possible. They then worked overtime to get us in to our new house and we were super grateful for their time and effort. They were also just a really nice crew and super easy to chat to. If we could give the guys 10 stars, we would. The 4 star review simply reflects the issues with the quote which made the day a bit more difficult than it needed to be.

Once again, the guys at Chess Moves did a fantastic job moving us into our new home yesterday. Ryan, Chuck and Ant couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful or professional and went out of their way to make the process stress-free. They had to deal with a piano, lots of very heavy garden pots which they had to collect from a different address, and finding a way to get a lot of stuff into a small property in a sensible fashion. Our belongings have been in storage with Chess Moves for 3 months, all came out in exactly the same condition it went in. Great service from start to finish. Mike's initial visit and quote were so reasonable I had to ring the office to double check he had included everything! The guys were great on the day and wrapped the more awkward and heavy pieces for me. Storage costs were also very reasonable and equally the move to my new home was quick and smooth. The team are professional and friendly with a 'can do' attitude. Hopefully this will be my last move but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We all know selling your home & moving can be one of the most stressful things to do, but if the logistics of packing & moving is done by Chess Moves OMG it makes it so much easier - they were fantastic from intro to unexpectedly having to put everything in storage then finally moving into new home - the guys could not have done more and always with a smile - they are fantastic & well worth the cost - best removal company I have ever used.

Ryan and Chuck deserve a huge bonus after all their hard work yesterday! They moved us from a very awkward 3rd floor flat in the middle of Brighton which necessitated thousands of steps being negotiated. They remained cheerful as they negotiated large items of furniture through tight doorways and carried large and heavy boxes downstairs. They had lots of good ideas for the best way to pack everything and made a very daunting experience less of a challenge.The price was very reasonable and it was a godsend that they were able to move us at very short notice.A big THANK YOU to everyone at Chess.

I don’t often write reviews, but Chess Removals were absolutely faultless from start to finish.I was slightly hesitant in using a removal firm to move my possessions but Chuck Ant and Ryan made the process seamless. Loaded up very quickly and unloaded just as fast, whilst being very conscientious and careful to ensure delicates weren’t broken, and items were placed carefully against walls etc. Nothing chucked off the van or smashed about, and everything placed where it was labelled.They even did little things like plugging the fridge straight in, helping me get sofa and table legs back on, so it’s a few less things to worry about.If I could change one thing - I wished I had the guys in for a packing service as it took me ages!

It was stress free, timing was prompt, the move out was swift and likewise the move in couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Last minute items were packed and valuables wrapped safely for the journey. Chess Moves did a brilliant job, I never knew moving house could be so easy. The team were friendly, good humoured and above all relaxed, made me feel relaxed too. Well guys it’s my move at first move when I asked for a quote it got a bit confusing as I was asked to email & because of my disabilities, I can’t do emails I am dictating this to my carer who is typing it kindly , review just incase someone out there is thinking he can’t do emails but he can do this . So then I guy come to the phone great we done a blind quote because I had packed most of the stuff myself, which he seemed very impressed with not as overwhelmed and impressed as the 2, K,K, that come to the job when they knew I was visually impaired but didn’t know I was also wheelchair bound , but that was cool we had some banter which I think is always good, then we got stuck in from lifting boxes , that I packed to them carrying mechanical equipment a Esther large bed with all the mods and cons on it and I was so pleased when we got it to the new place it still worked and is still working now so thanks for being prompt and at such short notice, was it 2/days wow I am good and so were chess moves they were great I don’t think my carer has much more time I can feel her eyes burning into my neckSo I wrap it up and fully recommend chess moves because if I need to move again you know where I be coming that’s right , back to chess moves trust chess moves to handle the stress of your next move because you won’t have any cheers guy’sLord Gordon Divall & Henry guide dog

We had a great moving experience with Chess Moves - moving between cities 4 hours apart in one day! The office team are really responsive to emails and questions, helping everything run smoothly. The moving team were also fantastic and took great care of our belongings, putting in extra effort to keep things safe despite some very heavy items! The price was also extremely competitive and I honestly can't recommend the company enough. Thank you for making our move easy and 100% less stressful!

Chess Moves were fantastic. Friendly, courteous, stuck to their times, wrapped and packed securely at speed. We had a couple of great teams involved. Others we saw were either condescending or very expensive. Chess Moves were responsive to several false starts with a positive attitude and were very accommodating. The storage worked well too and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Ryan and Chuck - THANK YOU SO MUCH! These lads helped us move all the way from N. London to Devon (they even had to drive up from Brighton and got stuck in London traffic for 3 hours and still got here with a smile!). They carried everything out of our top flat down our ridiculously steep stairs, packed it quickly and efficiently, and gave us great advice about storage. They made everything so easy, and helped two exhausted people moving much happier! :) Chess Moves are easily the best removals company we've used.

After months of stress from buyers I was dreading the moving day, but I thoroughly enjoyed the move because Matt, Ryan, Ant and Chuck actually made it fun. Their vast experience and professionalism was a major factor, but also because they created such a good atmosphere due to the camaraderie between them. They even helped with ideas on where to place furniture in the property. Really nice bunch of guys who should be getting way more than what their present salary is. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Everything I needed to make my move from Brighton to Scotland as smooth as possible. Had a really great experience using Chess Moves for a cross country move. Stephen came over to give us an initial quote and answer any queries, which was helpful. A couple of days in advance of our move, we had Tom and Henry over to pack our kitchen - both were super friendly, efficient and also able to answer further questions we had about packing. Our move itself (which was done over 2 days) was managed by Kahlee. To load the lorry we had Kahlee, Callum, Glen (who wrapped all of our pictures!) and Kane. Kahlee and Callum then drove the lorry up from Brighton to Sheffield and unloaded it the next day. The whole team made an expected stressful experience stress free, super streamlined, and did so with constant smiles and care. Would use them again without hesitation. Thank you!

We are using Chess Moves for storage and removal. From the initial survey and quote to move day they kept in touch. We had delays in fixing a date but it was no problem. The movers were very helpful and put everything into storage without fuss. Looking forward to seeing them again for the move from storage to our new home.

We used Michael and his team for 2 separate removals for my Brother and then my Mother. They were so professional and hard working. They arrived promptly and didn’t leave until the job was completely finished including assembling beds and table tennis tables!From start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to have on both days.
